The prices are per flat and night, including all listed inclusive services; excl. local tax of € 2.45 and mobility contribution of € 0.50 per person and night - valid from the age of 15; excl. final cleaning of € 165.00 - € 258.00 depending on season and flat.
High season: From 01.01. to 31.03. inclusive and from 01.08. to 31.08. inclusive the minimum stay is 1 week. Arrival and departure only possible on Saturdays.
Low season: From 01.04. to 31.07. inclusive and from 01.09. to 31.12. inclusive the minimum stay is 4 nights. Short stay surcharge (less than 4 nights) one-time € 50.
Arrival: from 3 pm
Departure: until 10 a.m.
Deposit: We ask our guests to pay 30% of the total booking cost in advance. You will receive more detailed information on this when you make your reservation.
Method of payment: The room bill can be paid during your stay or at the latest on departure. We ask you to pay in cash, as we do not accept credit cards. You are also welcome to transfer the balance to our bank account before your arrival.
Smoking: All our flats are "non-smoking flats"! You can enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or terrace, but please do not dispose of it in the garden!
Pets: Dogs are welcome on request at Casa Nuova for an additional fee of € 15.00 per night. A valid insurance for possible damages is required.
